This is a buffet kiddish lunch for Molly. Catering by Majestic Caterer, an approved vendor at Community Synagogue. I will personally add, Bobby makes and serves the best, the softest, pickled herring in cream sauce, in the world. Better herring than I had in Scotland.
Community Synagogue has a wonderful main room flooded with sun light in the afternoon. And I love working there. often, I don't need the use of flash, I can work with the available light steaming through the windows.
I have photographed many bar and bat mitzvah portraits and luncheon events at Community Synagogue. It beautiful all year round. In the Fall, I love outdoor family portraits in front of the brilliant foliage along side the parking lot. The intimate sanctuary in the old building has beautiful wood paneling that adds old world, historic touch to the photos. Another favorite spot that I use for artsy portraits, is the main wall of window in the large sanctuary. As you look through the photos in this gallery, you will recognize some of these portraits.
